Thoroughly wash the turkey inside and out, and then dry with paper towels.
Cut the orange and lemon into thick circles.
Peel the garlic cloves and pass them through a garlic chopper.
Mix garlic, olive oil, soy sauce, mustard, ground pepper, salt and paprika.
Rub the turkey with orange and lemon slices. Leave to marinate for 10 minutes.
Generously lubricate the bird from all sides with the prepared liquid mixture.
Put the turkey in a baking sleeve and leave for 1 hour at room temperature.
Bake the turkey for 1.5 hours in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
Gently open the sleeve and continue to bake the turkey for another 40 minutes. From time to time, take it out of the oven and pour the resulting juice.
You can serve turkey with rosemary, berries and fruits.
