Beef chops with mayonnaise, cheese and garlic in the oven
This recipe is for those who love fragrant garlic. The meat is marinated in it for half an hour, which makes it softer and juicier. It is better to bake under foil, but if you like a ruddy crust, the last 5-7 minutes should be cooked without foil.
Ingredients
- Beef - 400 g
- Garlic - 3 clove
- Cheese (solid) – 150 g
- Mayonnaise - 100 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the beef into plates 1.5 centimeters thick.
Wrap each piece in plastic wrap and beat it well.
Put the chops on a board, season with salt and pepper.
Pass the garlic through a press and use a silicone brush to evenly distribute it over the chops. The workpiece should stand at room temperature for 20-30 minutes.
Grate the hard cheese and mix it with mayonnaise.
Cover the baking sheet with foil, lay out the chops.
Lay out the mass of cheese and mayonnaise, evenly distributing with a fork.
Cover with a double layer of foil and bake for 25 minutes in an oven preheated to 190 degrees.
