Lovers of egg breakfasts have long been familiar with such a concept as scramble. It differs from the usual omelet in the way of cooking, which makes it light and airy. And you can also add different fillings to it in the same way – for example, tuna with leek.
Ingredients
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Tuna (canned) – 1 bank
- Leek - 60 g
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
- Ground coriander - 1 pinch
- Vegetable oil - 1 tsp.
- Greenery - 4 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Drain the liquid from the tuna and mash it with a fork.
Whisk the eggs to a froth, mix with the tuna and season.
Finely chop the leek and fry for 3-5 minutes in vegetable oil.
Pour in the egg mixture and fry everything together for another 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Sprinkle the scramble with your favorite greens or microgrin. Serve with fresh vegetables.
