The classic French omelet surprises with its delicate structure. And, if this dish does not always work out in a frying pan, then it will be just perfect in a slow cooker! First, it should be fried, and then cook for another couple of minutes on the "Baking" mode.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the eggs, dry them and break them into a bowl.

Add salt and whisk lightly with a fork.

Lubricate the bottom and walls of the multivark bowl with oil, pour in the prepared mass and activate the "Frying" mode for 4 minutes.

Gently tuck the opposite edges of the omelet inside to make a tube.

Close the lid and turn on the Baking mode for 3 minutes.
