Ingredients
- Chicken wings - 800 g
- Honey - 2 art.l.
- Mustard - 2 tbsp.l .
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.l .
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chicken wings, dry them and cut them into joints.
Add honey, mustard, salt and ground pepper.
Mix with your hands, cover with cling film and leave for half an hour at room temperature.
Place the wings on a greased baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes in the oven at 190 degrees.
