Pork chops with pineapple, onion and cheese in the oven

Despite the simplicity of the recipe, the dish turns out juicy, tasty and unusual. Pineapples and onions can be laid out in rings or cut into small pieces. Try different options and choose the most suitable one for yourself.
Ingredients
- Pork loin - 600 g
- Pineapple - 200 g
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Cheese (solid) – 200 g
- Mayonnaise - 100 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Hop-suneli - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the pork loin into plates 1.5-2 centimeters thick.
Wrap each piece in plastic wrap and beat it well on both sides.
Peel and slice the onion.
Grate the hard cheese on a grater.
Cover the baking sheet with foil, lay out the chops, sprinkle with salt and spices.
Brush with mayonnaise, put onions, pineapples and sprinkle with cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes in an oven preheated to 190 degrees.
