Bacon and smoked meats are most often added to soups made from dried peas, because these ingredients are perfectly combined with each other. But this time I suggest trying something new and diversify the cream soup of green peas.
Ingredients
- Bacon - 100 g
- Smoked meat - 100 g
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Paprika - 1 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Green peas - 400 g
- Meat broth - 1 l
- Cream - 200 ml
- Processed cheese - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Add the peas to the boiling broth and boil for 5-10 minutes.
Grind the mass with a blender, pour in the cream and add grated melted cheese.
Bring everything to a boil and wait until the cheese melts. Season the soup.
Finely chop the bacon and smoked meat, fry until browned.
Add crushed garlic and paprika, fry for a couple more minutes and add to the soup before serving.
