Cottage cheese casserole is good in any form, but even the best dishes get boring over time. Therefore, I suggest cooking such an interesting option with pumpkin and dried apricots. And at the same time I'll tell you what else you can add there.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 450 g
- Pumpkin - 100 g
- Raisins - 60 g
- Dried apricots - 80 g
- Sour cream - 3 art.l.
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 2 art.l.
- Flour - 2-3 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grind cottage cheese with sour cream with a blender.
Beat eggs with sugar.
Grate the pumpkin, rinse the raisins and chop the dried apricots.
Mix all the ingredients, put the curd mass into a mold and send it to the oven for 40-45 minutes at 180 degrees.
