Usually raisins are added to the curd casserole. But there are much more dried fruits available. I suggest taking full advantage of the opportunities and adding a handful of dates. And to make the casserole even more tender – a little milk will not hurt.

- Cottage cheese - 750 g
- Raisins - 80 g
- Dates - 100 g
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Semolina - 4 art.l.
- Milk - 1 glass
- Vanillin - 1 pinch
- Sugar - 4 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat eggs, sugar, milk and vanilla with a mixer.
Grind the cottage cheese and add the egg mixture and semolina to it.
Mix everything until smooth and add the raisins and chopped dates.
Put the mass into the mold and cook the casserole in the oven for 40-45 minutes at 180 degrees.
