Ingredients
- Salmon (fillet) – 500 g
- Spinach - 200 g
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Provencal herbs - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Sea salt - to taste
- Butter - 50 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the salmon, dry it and cut it into steaks.
Wash the spinach, shake off the water and put it on a towel to dry.
Scald the lemon with boiling water and cut into quarters. Squeeze out the juice from two parts, set aside the rest for serving.
Melt the butter in a frying pan and lay out the salmon steaks. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and Provencal herbs, sprinkle with lemon juice. Fry for 6 minutes.
Flip the steak to the other side, sprinkle with pepper, salt again and sprinkle with lemon juice. Cook for another 6 minutes.
