Catch the most non-banal way of cooking vegetable casserole with a vegetable peeler. This time I suggest taking zucchini and carrots. It is better to make such a dish in portions in small molds – it is so neater and more beautiful.


Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut the vegetables into thin slices and place them in a beautiful spiral in small molds.

Whisk eggs with cream and spices. Add chopped dill and grated cheese, and pour over the vegetables.

Put the molds in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
