This version of pork roll is interesting because the nuts are cut very large. You do not need to chop them too actively or interrupt them in a blender – just chop them with an ordinary kitchen knife. It turns out a very original difference in textures with the tenderest meat.

Ingredients

  • Pork - 1 kg
  • Walnuts - 150 g
  • Spices and seasonings - 2 tbsp.l .
  • Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Spread the pork in a layer, beat it off, sprinkle with oil and rub with spices.

Spread the chopped nuts on the meat and roll up a tight roll. Tie it with twine.

Bake the roll in the oven at 160 degrees for about 2 hours.
