Let's cook sea bass in the oven today! The fish is famous for its minimal number of bones, surprisingly tender fillets and low calorie content. And the cooking process is very simple. Solid advantages!

Ingredients

  • Sea bass (400-600 g each) – 2 carcasses
  • Lemon - half
  • Olive oil - 3 tbsp.l.
  • Rosemary (dried) – 1 tsp.
  • Ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
  • Sea salt - 1 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel the perch from the scales, gut it and dry it thoroughly with a paper towel.

Rub on all sides with salt, spices, sprinkle with lemon juice and oil.

Wrap the fish in foil and set aside for 30 minutes.

Place the workpiece in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, and bake for 20 minutes.

Carefully remove the foil and cook for another 10 minutes.

Serve the finished dish with fresh herbs and lemon slices.
