As you know, juicy minced meat is an important indicator of the quality of khinkali. It turns out to be really tasty only from chopped meat. In this recipe I tell you how to cook amazing khinkali with chopped beef!

Ingredients

For Dough:
  • Flour - 3 glasses
  • Water - 250 ml
  • Salt - 0,5 tsp.

Sift the flour into a wide bowl, collect it with a slide and make a small depression in the middle.

Add salt, warm water and knead a tight dough.

Sprinkle flour on top, cover with cling film and put aside for half an hour.

Wash the beef, dry it with paper towels and finely chop it.

Put the chopped meat on a wide board and beat it off with the blunt side of a massive knife.

Finely chop the cilantro and peeled onion.

Mix the chopped meat, onion, cilantro, ground red pepper, suneli hops and salt.

Knead the dough again, divide in half, form sausages and cut into pieces of the same size.

Roll out the dough pieces into thin flat cakes the size of a palm.

Put the filling in the center of the tortilla. Carefully, gathering the dough up with folds, seal the khinkali. Cut off the top. Repeat the steps with the rest of the dough and filling.

Cook khinkali in boiling water with salt for 14 minutes. Carefully catch it with a slotted spoon and put it on a plate.
