There are many different recipes for rustic potatoes. It can be fried in a frying pan, baked in the oven, pre-boiled or simply pickled. I advise you to try potatoes baked in foil. It's delicious and very simple!
Ingredients
- Potatoes - 1 kg
- A mixture of peppers with peas - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable oil (odorless) – 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the potatoes, dry them and cut them into slices.
Add oil, salt and pepper peas ground in a mortar.
Put the potatoes in foil and wrap tightly. I recommend leaving the seam on the side so that it is convenient to open the foil.
Bake the potatoes for 20 minutes in the oven, preheated to 220 degrees.
Carefully open the foil, reduce the temperature to 180 degrees and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
