- Cottage cheese - 250 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Cocoa - 1 tsp.
- Blueberries - 2 tbsp.l .
- Sour cream - 2 art.l.
- Flour - 2 tbsp.l.
- Baking powder - 1 pinch
- Brown Sugar - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grind the cottage cheese through a sieve, and beat the eggs with sugar.
Mix them together and add sour cream.
Add the sifted flour with cocoa and baking powder, and at the very end gently stir in the blueberries.
Arrange in mugs or molds and put the casserole in the microwave for 5-7 minutes at maximum power.
