Uzbeks make such small dumplings that their patience can only be envied. But on the other hand, the dish turns out delicious and unusual. Try it and you will cook this original treat!
Ingredients
- Flour - 450 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
- Dill (for submission) – 2 twigs
- Butter (for submission) – 60 g
- Minced lamb - 350 g
- Ground coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground red pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Sift the flour into a wide bowl, collect it with a slide and make a small depression in the middle.
Add the egg, salt and knead the plastic dough. If necessary, you can add a couple of tablespoons of water.
Cover the dough with a towel and leave for 15-20 minutes.
Mix the minced lamb, salt, ground red pepper and coriander.
Knead the dough again and divide into three pieces.
Roll out a piece of dough into a thin layer with a rolling pin. Cut into squares measuring 4x4 centimeters.
Put half a teaspoon of filling in the center of the square. Fold the cake with a kerchief and seal the opposite edges around your finger. Repeat the steps with the rest of the dough and filling.
Add salt to boiling water and pour the chuchvara. Boil for 4 minutes after boiling.
Put the chuchvara in a colander, mix with butter and finely chopped dill.
