It is not necessary to go to a restaurant to eat delicious fish. Buy fresh flounder in the store and bake it with lemon in the oven. This simple dish will appeal even to real gourmets, so get ready to accept well-deserved compliments!

Ingredients

  • Flounder (350-400 g) – 1 piece
  • Olive oil - 2 art.l.
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
  • Lemon - 3 circle
  • Parsley (for submission) – 2 twigs
  • Ground black pepper - to taste
  • Sea salt - to taste

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut off the flounder's head, peel off the scales, gut, rinse and dry with a paper towel.

Make three oblique cuts of medium depth on each side of the fish.

Mix olive oil, lemon juice, ground black pepper and salt.

Generously lubricate the fish with the resulting mixture and leave to marinate at room temperature for 15 minutes.

Cut the lemon slices in half and put them into the incisions.

Cover the baking sheet with foil, lay out the flounder and send it to a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes.

When serving, add sprigs of fresh parsley to the plate.
