Mozzarella melts strongly, so I recommend adding it to draniki in the form of a filling. It is more convenient to take one large piece and grate it on a grater than to cut small balls with a knife, but this does not affect the result at all.
Ingredients
- Potatoes - 600 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Mozzarella - 100 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Onion - 0.5 pieces
- Flour - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the potatoes, drain the moisture and grate the onion there.
Add spices, eggs and flour, and mix everything together.
Rub the mozzarella separately.
Put a spoonful of potatoes in a hot frying pan. Place a little mozzarella in the center and cover with another layer of potatoes.
Fry the draniki on both sides over medium heat until browned.
