Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the pork, dry it and cut it into small pieces.

Peel and slice potatoes, carrots, onions, hot and bell peppers.

Peel and chop the tomatoes.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the pork for 8-10 minutes.

Add carrots and onions and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.

Add Bulgarian and hot peppers, tomatoes, cumin, crushed peas of black pepper. Fry everything together for 10 minutes.

Pour in the potatoes and cook until they are lightly browned.

Pour in hot water mixed with tomato sauce, cover with a lid and simmer for 40 minutes on low heat.

Squeeze garlic through a press, add salt and remove from heat.
