If you stick to proper nutrition, but it's hard for you to give up sweets and pastries, try this cottage cheese casserole. Use high-quality dark cocoa with a high percentage of content, and instead of flour or starch – oat flakes.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 400 g
- Honey - 2 art.l.
- Cocoa - 3 tbsp.l .
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Baking soda (slaked) – 0.5 tsp.
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Oat flakes - 4 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Whisk the whites with salt to a froth, and rub the yolks with sugar.
Add cottage cheese and honey to the yolks, and mix again.
Finely, but not in flour, chop the oat flakes and also add to the yolks. In the same place - cocoa and soda.
Gently mix the whipped whites into the dough and put them in a mold.
Bake in the oven for about 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
