Are you going to cook a hodgepodge, and there is only one cucumber left in the jar? It doesn't matter, make cucumber pickle soup. If desired, cucumbers can not be added at all, but then the amount of brine will have to be increased. I recommend salting only at the end and with great care.
Ingredients
- Ham - 200 g
- Hunting sausages - 300 g
- Potatoes - 2 pieces
- Cucumbers (salty) – 200 g
- Olives (without a bone) – 100 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Cucumber pickle - 100 ml
- Tomato sauce - 60 ml
- Vegetable oil - 40 ml
- Black Pepper - 3 peas
- Salt - to taste
- Greenery (sprouts) – a couple of twigs
- Lemon (for submission) – half
- Meat broth - 2,5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the hunting sausages, ham, potatoes, cucumbers, onions and lemon.
In a preheated frying pan with oil, fry the onion until golden brown.
Add ham, hunting sausages and cook for 7 minutes.
Add tomato sauce, 200 ml of meat broth, black pepper peas and simmer for 5 minutes over low heat.
Boil the broth, add potatoes, roast, olives and cucumbers. Pour in the brine and boil for 10 minutes.
Add salt, turn off the heat and leave the soup under the lid for 15 minutes. Serve the ready-made hodgepodge with herbs and a slice of lemon.
