Ingredients
- Vegetable broth - 1.5 l
- Peas (green) – 200 g
- String beans - 140 g
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Radish - 1 piece
- Tomato paste - 1 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut all the vegetables into approximately the same strips.
Bring the vegetable broth to a boil, add potatoes, radish and carrots, and boil for 5-7 minutes.
Add the remaining vegetables, beans and peas, and after 5 minutes – tomato paste.
Season the soup and after another 3-5 minutes remove from the heat.
