Meat okroshka with beans is very satisfying – a full-fledged first course. At the same time, it remains light and refreshing thanks to the kvass-based filling. I advise you to choose a not too sweet drink, perhaps even a special okroshechny. Sometimes you can find one in stores.
Ingredients
- Meat (boiled) – 300 g
- Potatoes - 2 pieces
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Beans (canned) – 200 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Radish - 150 g
- Kvass - 1 l
- Sour cream - 3 art.l.
- Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil potatoes and eggs. I advise you to boil the meat in advance.
Cut all the ingredients into cubes and add the beans.
Fill everything with sour cream and mayonnaise, pour kvass and, if desired, add a little water to the okroshka.
