In my family, everyone loves soups with dumplings. I can cook them several times a week, and still such a meal is met with delight. Fortunately, there are many recipes for this wonderful dish. Recently, we really like soup with rice and cheese dumplings. Try it, it's delicious and original.
Ingredients
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Parsley - 5 twigs
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
- Salt (without slide) – 2 tsp.
- Chicken broth - 2,5 l
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Fig (boiled) – 100 g
- Cheese - 100 g
- Flour - 2 art.l.
- Butter - 20 g
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the carrots into large pieces, chop the parsley. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Boil chicken broth, add carrots, bay leaf and cook for 10 minutes.
Mix cheese, rice, flour, egg, salt and ground black pepper.
Add the melted butter and knead until smooth
Use a spoon to form identical dumplings and throw them into the boiling soup. Cook everything together for 10 minutes.
Add salt to the finished soup and leave it under the lid for 10 minutes.
Serve generously sprinkled with chopped parsley.
