Have you ever tried fish soup with millet? It turns out rich, fragrant and thick. You can cook with any fish, but I prefer walleye. We will use it in the recipe. Be sure to wash the millet, otherwise bitterness will appear.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the pike perch fillet and cut into small pieces.

Peel potatoes and carrots, slice.

Peel the onion and make deep cross-shaped incisions.

Put the fish, onion and potatoes in a saucepan. Pour in cold water and cook for 15 minutes after boiling.

Catch the onion with a slotted spoon and throw it away.

Add the washed millet, potatoes and cook for another 10 minutes.

Remove from heat, add salt, pour on plates and sprinkle with chopped dill.
