Ingredients

  • Mango - 2 pieces
  • Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
  • Water - 70 ml
  • Sugar - 150 g

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut the mango into slices, cover with sugar, pour in lemon juice and leave for an hour.

Put the workpiece on the stove and pour water.

Bring to a boil and boil for 10 minutes.

Let the fruit cool for about half an hour and cook for another 10 minutes.

Depending on the softness of the mango, repeat the previous step if necessary.

Roll the blank into sterile jars.
