Usually cherries are rolled up in jars entirely, so as not to waste time removing the seeds. In compote, this is not so important. But still, if you prefer to eat berries from compote directly with a spoon, you can get rid of the seeds.

- Cherry - 1 kg
- Sugar - 1.5-2 glasses
- Water - 4 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the cherry, remove the pits in any convenient way and send the berry to sterile jars.
Cover with sugar, pour boiling water and sterilize the jars in a saucepan with water for 10-15 minutes.
Roll up the cherry compote for the winter.
