Ingredients
- Dogwood - 500 g
- Water - 2.5 l
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l .
- Sugar - 1 glass
- Orange peel - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put the dogwood in a sterile jar and pour boiling water over it.
Cover with a lid, leave for 15 minutes and drain the water into a saucepan.
Add the zest, lemon juice and sugar, and boil again.
Fill in the dogwood and roll up the jar with compote.
