If you like fresh homemade juice, I suggest you stock up on it for the future and roll it into jars. There are a couple of tricks that need to be applied so that it is well preserved throughout the season. And then I'll tell you which ones.

Ingredients

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Pass the grapes through the juicer.

Bring the juice to a boil over medium heat.

Boil it for about 3 minutes, removing the foam.

Pour the grape juice into sterile jars and roll it up for the winter.
