- Grapes - 3 kg
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pass the grapes through the juicer.
Bring the juice to a boil over medium heat.
Boil it for about 3 minutes, removing the foam.
Pour the grape juice into sterile jars and roll it up for the winter.
