Ingredients
- Cranberries - 1 kg
- Orange - 1 kg
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Honey - 100 g
- Sugar - 300 g
- Ground cinnamon - 1 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the cranberries, peel the orange slices from all the films, and cover with sugar.
Boil everything for 30-40 minutes on low heat and rub through a sieve.
Add lemon juice, zest, cinnamon and honey.
Boil the jam for another 15 minutes and roll it into sterile jars.
