In my opinion, the most delicious gooseberry jelly is obtained with citrus fruits – lemons, oranges and any others. Therefore, I want to share just such a recipe. I have been using it for many years, and to this day it has never failed.
Ingredients
- Gooseberry - 1 kg
- Orange - 2 pieces
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Sugar - 1 kg
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the seeds from the citrus fruits and chop them with the peel with a blender or with a meat grinder.
In the same way, chop the gooseberries and grind through a sieve.
Mix everything with sugar and bring to a boil.
Boil the jelly for 20-30 minutes on low heat and roll it into sterile jars.
