Don't know what else to cook from the generous seasonal harvest of honeydew? Of course, they can always be simply frozen or pickled. But I suggest you definitely try to cook something more original - such caviar and garlic. Moreover, it's not difficult at all!

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Sort the honey mushrooms and boil for 20 minutes in boiling water. Flip it into a colander.

Randomly chop the vegetables and simmer in oil for 15-20 minutes.

Pass the vegetables and honey mushrooms through a meat grinder.

Add salt, sugar and vinegar. Simmer the caviar for another 10-15 minutes.

Put it in sterilized jars.
