Applesauce is not only delicious, but also healthy! Apples contain a lot of nutrients, like fiber and vitamin C. And they also go well with a variety of supplements. For example, a sweet tooth will not resist such a puree with boiled condensed milk.
Ingredients
- Apples - 2 kg
- Boiled condensed milk - 1 bank
- Water - 200 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel and slice the apples. Fill with water and boil for 20 minutes until soft.
Grind the apples through a sieve and add the boiled condensed milk to the puree.
Bring it to a boil again and boil for 10 minutes.
Whisk the puree with a blender and bring it to a boil again.
Roll it up in sterile jars.
