  • Pumpkin (pulp) – 1 kg
  • Anise - 2 asterisks
  • Lemon juice - 150 ml
  • Sugar - 600 g
  • Water - 5 l

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut the pumpkin pulp into small pieces.

Boil water, add pumpkin, lemon juice, sugar and boil for 10 minutes.

Fish out the pumpkin pieces with a slotted spoon and put them in jars.

Pour boiling compote and roll up.
