Ingredients
- Dogwood - 250 g
- Blackberries - 250 g
- Water - 2.5 l
- Sugar - 1 glass
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the berry, remove all the twigs and put them in a jar.
Boil water with sugar and pour over the berry.
Cover with a lid and leave for 10 minutes.
Drain the syrup, boil it again and pour it back again.
Roll up the compote for the winter.
