Ingredients
- Pineapple - 500 g
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Water - 300 ml
- Sugar - 450 g
- Ground cinnamon - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Randomly slice the pineapple. Add lemon juice and water.
Bring everything to a boil and cook for an hour on low heat.
Add sugar and cinnamon, and cook over high heat for another half hour.
Roll the jam into sterile jars.
