Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 1.5 kg
- Onion - 300 g
- Carrots - 300 g
- Bell pepper - 1 kg
- Hot red pepper - 200 g
- Garlic - 1 head
- Salt - 20 g
- Sugar - 30 g
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml
- Vinegar - 100 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put tomatoes through a meat grinder, add butter, sugar and salt, and boil for 10 minutes.
Chop the bell pepper, chop the onion and grate the carrots.
Put the vegetables in tomatoes and simmer for 45 minutes on low heat.
Add chopped garlic. hot pepper and vinegar.
Simmer for another 10-15 minutes and roll the lecho into sterile jars.
