Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 500 g
- Bell pepper - 6 pieces
- Onion - 6 pieces
- Chili pepper - 4 pieces
- Vegetable oil - 1 glass
- Apple cider vinegar - 1 glass
- Soy sauce - 4 art.l.
- Sugar - 0.5 glasses
- Ground cinnamon - 0.5 tsp.
- Carnation - 3 bud
- Allspice - 6 pieces
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Ground ginger - 0.5 tsp.
- Ground red pepper - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pass the onion, pepper, chili and tomatoes through a meat grinder.
Add oil, cloves and pepper, and cook for half an hour on low heat.
Add sugar, salt, soy sauce, vinegar and spices, and cook the sauce for another hour and a half until thickened.
Roll it up in sterile jars.
