- Red Currant - 1 kg
- Black Currant - 1 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
- Citric acid - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Prepare both types of currants and mince them.
Add sugar, stir and leave for 1.5-2 hours.
Bring the jam to a boil over low heat, add citric acid and simmer for 10 minutes.
