Today I will tell you one very interesting recipe for tomato soup. It is prepared with beef and vegetables. The highlight is the pre-roasting of meat in tomato. Thanks to this, an appetizing aroma and a special taste appear.

Wash the beef, peel off the films and cut into small pieces.
Peel and slice potatoes, bell peppers, onions.
Pour boiling water over the tomatoes, peel and chop.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the beef and fry until golden brown.
Add onion, cumin, ground paprika and black pepper. Continue frying for 4-5 minutes.
Add tomatoes and simmer all together for another 10 minutes.
Transfer the roast to a pot of boiling water and cook for 40 minutes.
Add the bell pepper and potato cubes. Cook for 10 minutes on low heat.
Add salt, squeeze garlic through a press and turn off after 2 minutes.
Serve the soup in a deep dish, generously sprinkled with fresh parsley.
