Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 3 kg
- Carrots - 1 kg
- Onion - 1 kg
- Garlic - 100 g
- Apple cider vinegar - 60 ml
- Vegetable oil - 60 ml
- Ground coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 160 g
- Salt - 120 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Prepare tomatoes, onions and carrots, pass through a meat grinder.
Mix everything in a large saucepan, add butter, sugar and salt.
Boil over low heat for 20 minutes, add chopped garlic and spices.
Soak for another 7-10 minutes, pour in the vinegar and remove from the heat.
Put the hot caviar in sterilized jars, roll it up, turn it upside down and wrap it with a thick towel.
