Wash the vegetables and place them tightly in sterile jars. Add dill, garlic, bay leaf and spices.

Pour boiling water and leave for 20-30 minutes under the lids.

Drain this water, add salt and sugar to it and boil it again.

Pour the vegetables and pour a spoonful of vinegar into the jars.

Roll up the squash with tomatoes and cucumbers for the winter.
