Ingredients
- Plums (green) – 3 kg
- Coriander - 150 g
- Dill - 200 g
- Mint - 60 g
- Sugar - 60 g
- Garlic - 1 head
- Hot red pepper - 4 pieces
- Water - 1 glass
- Salt - 2 tbsp.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the plums, fill with water and boil them until soft. Grind through a sieve.
Chop all the herbs, hot pepper and garlic in a blender.
Mix together all the ingredients for the sauce.
Bring the tkemali to a boil, boil for 5 minutes and pour into sterilized jars.
