Thick apricot jam is not just a treat that our grandmothers treated us to. This is a delicious filling for cakes, pies and bagels, this is a dessert for a quick hand, a sweet spoon for tea in five minutes. Delicate honey taste and lots of vitamins in one jar.

Rinse the apricots well. Divide them in half and remove the bone.

Put the fruit in a bowl with a thick bottom and cover with sugar. Leave for 4-5 hours so that the apricots let the juice.

We put the jam on medium heat. Constantly mix and let the jam boil. Boil for 10 minutes and remove to the side. Repeat after 20 minutes. So we do 4-5 times until the jam thickens.

Pour the hot jam into sterilized jars and send it to be stored in a dark, cool place.
