Prepare a lot of different preserves for the winter, but do not forget about the salad of zucchini and cucumbers. This is a simple and delicious snack that must be in your pantry. For more piquancy, a little mustard powder is added.
Ingredients
- Zucchini - 1 kg
- Cucumbers - 1 kg
- Celery (stems) – 300 g
- Parsley root - 100 g
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml
- Apple cider vinegar - 2 tbsp.l.
- Mustard powder - 1 art.l.
- Sugar - 50 g
- Salt - 40 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the zucchini, cucumbers, celery stalks and parsley root.
Mix everything, add sugar, salt, mustard powder and oil. Stir, cover and leave for 3 hours.
Put the salad in the prepared jars and sterilize for 15 minutes.
Carefully remove the jars from the sterilization bath, pour a little vinegar into each one.
Roll up, turn upside down and wrap up well with a warm blanket.
