  • Watermelon - 1.5 kg
  • Citric acid - 0.5 tsp.
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp.l .

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel the watermelon pulp from the peel and seeds.

Randomly chop it, mix it with sugar and citric acid, and leave for an hour.

Put the pulp and juice in jars and sterilize them in boiling water for 25 minutes.
