If you like homemade sauces, but don't like to cook them all the time – it's enough to cook a large portion once and roll it into small jars. And at the same time, you can also cook seasonal sauces – for example, from fresh cherry plum.
Ingredients
- Cherry Plum - 1 kg
- Water - 250 ml
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.l .
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Garlic - 1 head
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Ground coriander - 1 tsp.
- Hop-suneli - 1 tsp.
- A mixture of peppers with peas (ground) – 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fill the cherry plum with water and boil for 15 minutes.
Flip it into a colander and rub it through a sieve.
Add chopped garlic, chili, salt, sugar and all spices.
Bring the sauce to a boil, boil for 15 minutes and roll it into sterile jars.
