Ingredients
- Apples - 3 pieces
- Pear - 2 pieces
- Plums - 5 pieces
- Apricots - 5 pieces
- Gooseberry - 1 handful
- Sugar - 300 g
- Water - 2 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Randomly put the fruit in a clean, dry jar.
Pour boiling water and leave under the lid for 15-20 minutes.
Drain this water and add sugar to it.
Bring to a boil again, pour the syrup over the fruit and roll up the compote.
