- Lemon - 500 g
- Sugar - 500 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Scald the lemons with boiling water, cut and remove the seeds.
Chop them with a blender or put them through a meat grinder.
Add sugar and bring the jam to a boil.
Boil it for 20-30 minutes on low heat and put it in clean, dry jars.
